Weekly rentals begin on a Saturday and end on the following Saturday during the peak rental season (June 20 - September 12). Off-peak rentals require a minimum of a 3 night stay. Thanksgiving and Christmas rentals require a minimum of a 4 night stay.
- 33% of your rental fees are due upon booking to reserve your times
- 33% of your rental fees are due 120 days before your stay
- 33% of your rental fees are due 60 days before your stay
- Cleaning Fee: Free, if the house is left in the same condition as it was accepted. If you would like us to clean it for you, the fee is $225.
- Reservation fee: $250 (non-refundable)
- Security deposit: $1000 due before occupancy.
- Yates County Bed Tax: 4%
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will make every effort to rent the house to another group. If we are successful, we will refund your rental fees to you, less a 15% service fee. If we are unsuccessful, all deposits and fees paid to date will be forfeited.
